As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping times and costs will vary, dependent on the product selected.

Please Note:

• 1 Day = 1 business day.
• A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon EST
• Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order being placed
• Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.

Return Policy

We cannot refund an order if the item has been personalized and the order has been fulfilled correctly. Please make sure to check the spelling and personalized information while placing your order.
